VISIT: Chachapoyas 5 Days
At 10:30 a.m., you’ll be welcomed at the Chachapoyas airport, and we’ll begin our journey toward the community of Huancas, where you’ll explore the impressive Goya and Huancaurco canyons — breathtaking natural formations that showcase the beauty and depth of this Andean region.
Next, we’ll continue to the Chachapoyas city viewpoint, offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains — perfect for photos and a first impression of this enchanting destination.
At the end of the day, we’ll transfer you to the comfortable Utcubamba River Lodge, where you can relax and prepare for the exciting adventures ahead.

VISIT: Chachapoyas 5 Days
At 10:30 a.m., we’ll depart toward the charming town of Nuevo Tingo, located just 7 minutes by car from Chachapoyas.
From there, we’ll head to the boarding station of the Kuélap Cable Cars, enjoying a 20-minute panoramic ride over the stunning landscape until we reach the tourist stop. Here, you’ll have time to visit the interpretation center and browse local handicraft shops before beginning a 40-minute walk to the archaeological site.
Upon arrival, you’ll be amazed by the massive stone walls surrounding the fortress as we explore part of the Llaqta of Kuélap on a 1 hour and 30-minute guided tour, uncovering the secrets of its pre-Inca architecture and ancient history.
After the visit, we’ll return to the cable car station and descend back to Nuevo Tingo, where we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to Chachapoyas.
At 4:30 p.m., our services for the day will conclude — after a day filled with discovery and wonder in one of Peru’s most fascinating archaeological treasures.

VISIT: Chachapoyas 5 Days
At 9:30 a.m., we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Chachapoyas and head toward the town of Lamud, our first destination of the day. From there, we’ll continue to the Quiocta Cavern, the first illuminated cave in Peru.
The drive to the parking area takes about 30 minutes, followed by a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the cave. Inside, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, where you’ll marvel at thousands of stalactites and stalagmites in a breathtaking natural setting unique to the high jungle of northern Peru.
After the cave exploration, we’ll return to Lamud for lunch. We’ll then travel for about 1 hour by car to the village of Cruzpata, from where we’ll begin a 30-minute hike to the archaeological site of Karajía.
Here, we’ll observe the famous anthropomorphic sarcophagi, standing impressively on a cliffside about 25 meters high—a remarkable and unique sight in both Peru and the world.
After the visit, we’ll hike back to Cruzpata and return to Chachapoyas.
At around 6:00 p.m., we’ll conclude our activities, ensuring you’ve enjoyed a day full of cultural and natural discoveries.

VISIT: Chachapoyas 5 Days
At 9:30 a.m., we’ll begin our journey to the charming community of Cocachimba, located about 1 hour by car from Chachapoyas. From there, we’ll start a guided hike to the magnificent Gocta Waterfall, one of the tallest waterfalls in the world.
Along the way, we’ll venture deep into the lush high jungle, home to emblematic species such as the Andean Cock-of-the-Rock, hummingbirds, the Yellow-tailed Woolly Monkey, and other native wildlife.
The round-trip hike lasts approximately 5 hours, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the landscape, observe nature, and take stunning photos.
After returning to Cocachimba, we’ll have a well-deserved lunch before heading back to Chachapoyas.

We’ll start the day with a timely pick-up from your hotel in Chachapoyas and head to the Chachapoyas Airport, located just 15 minutes from the city.
During this short transfer, we’ll make sure you travel comfortably and without any rush, arriving with plenty of time before your flight, relaxed after a week full of adventures and discoveries.
Finally, we’ll conclude our services, hoping you’ve enjoyed the magic of Chachapoyas and that you take home unforgettable memories of this journey.
