VISIT: Copacabana tour

We begin our Copacabana Tour at 5:00 A.M., picking you up from your hotel in Puno. From there, we’ll head to the bus terminal to board a tourist bus bound for Copacabana.

Along the way, we’ll reach the Kasani border (Peru–Bolivia), where we’ll complete the necessary migration procedures before continuing our journey to Copacabana, arriving around 12:00 P.M. (Bolivian time).

Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a local lunch and take a guided tour of the Basilica of the Virgin of Copacabana, one of Bolivia’s most important pilgrimage sites.

Next, we’ll head to the pier to board a boat to the Isla del Sol (Island of the Sun). As we sail across the majestic Lake Titicaca, you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking Andean landscapes. Once on the southern part of the island, we’ll visit the archaeological complex of Pilkokaina (Temple of the Sun).

We’ll then continue our exploration of the island, descending through the famous Yumani stairs and visiting the Inca Fountain of Eternal Youth, where you’ll have the chance to taste its sacred waters and admire ancient Inca constructions.

After this unforgettable experience, we’ll return by boat to Copacabana, arriving around 5:00 P.M. You’ll have some free time before boarding the bus back to Puno, arriving at approximately 9:00 P.M.
