VISIT: Qeswachaca Cusco
Travel back in time and experience one of Peru’s most authentic cultural treasures — the Q’eswachaka Inca Bridge, a handwoven suspension bridge that has been rebuilt every year for centuries by local Quechua communities. This full-day tour from Cusco combines history, culture, and breathtaking Andean landscapes — a journey that connects you directly to the heart of the Inca legacy.

Itinerary
4:30 A.M. – Hotel Pickup in Cusco
We’ll start early, picking you up from your hotel in our comfortable tourist van.
7:00 A.M. – Breakfast in Cusipata
After a 2.5-hour drive through scenic mountain landscapes, enjoy a delicious Andean breakfast to recharge before the adventure.
9:00 A.M. – Arrival at Q’eswachaka Bridge
Continue for about 1.5 hours to the province of Canas, home of the legendary Q’eswachaka Bridge. This ancient Inca bridge is handwoven entirely from ichu grass and renewed every year by four local communities — a ritual recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
Walk across the bridge if you dare, take incredible photos, and feel the thrill of crossing an authentic Inca structure suspended above the Apurímac River.
12:00 P.M. – Andean Lagoons Circuit
On our way back, we’ll stop to admire the four high-altitude lagoons — Pomacanchi, Acopia, Asnaqocha, and Pampamarca — natural jewels surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and Andean wildlife.
1:30 P.M. – Buffet Lunch
Enjoy a tasty buffet lunch with local flavors before returning to Cusco.
5:00 P.M. – Arrival in Cusco
We’ll drop you off at Plaza Regocijo, just one block from the Main Square (Plaza de Armas).
