We will pick you up from your hotel in Miraflores at 4:10 A.M. and take you on this exciting adventure:
ITINERARY:
4:10 A.M. We pick you up from your hotel.
4:30 A.M. The tour begins with all group members.
8:00 A.M. Arrival at Paracas Bay and the start of the tour to the Ballestas Islands, where you will see penguins and sea lions.
Free time to have breakfast (not included).
10:00 A.M. Departure to the Ica vineyard.
12:00 P.M. The vineyard show begins, where you will taste 10 different varieties of pisco and wine.
1:00 P.M. A la carte lunch is included at Viña Don Nieto.
2:00 P.M. Adventure sports begin at the world’s largest dunes in Huacachina.
We include the buggy and sandboarding activities so you can enjoy the ultimate adrenaline rush.

We begin the second day of adventure at 7:00 A.M., picking you up from your hotel in Ica in a comfortable van. From there, we head south along the legendary Pan-American Highway, as the desert landscapes of the Peruvian coast awaken under the morning sun.
After about 30 minutes on the road, we’ll make a short 10-minute stop for restrooms or last-minute provisions before leaving the asphalt behind and entering the vast desert. The off-road journey takes us deep into the dunes until we reach the entrance of the Canyon of the Lost, a breathtaking natural wonder carved by time and wind.
Here begins our guided hike through the canyon’s surreal rock formations and layered cliffs. Along the way, you’ll discover:
- The Throat of the Canyon is an impressive, narrow passage sculpted by erosion.
- Plaza Caracol is a natural amphitheater located on the canyon’s fourth level.
- The Gorge, where the canyon opens up to reveal its most photogenic views.
- The Puma’s Face is a striking rock formation that seems to watch over the desert.
After soaking in the views and capturing stunning photos, we’ll visit the main square of Ocucaje, a peaceful Andean village where you can relax or wander through its quiet streets.
For those interested, you’ll also have the optional opportunity to visit the Paleontological Museum of Ocucaje, renowned for its marine fossils millions of years old, unearthed from what was once the floor of an ancient ocean.
We’ll return to the city of Ica around 4:00 P.M., wrapping up this unforgettable journey through one of Peru’s most mysterious desert landscapes.
