Our guide will pick you and your companions up directly from your hotel, located within Cusco’s tourist area, in a comfortable tourist vehicle.
7:00 AM – Breakfast on the Southern Route (Included)
After approximately two hours of driving along the Southern Longitudinal Highway connecting Cusco and Puno, we will stop at a local restaurant to enjoy a hearty breakfast.
8:00 AM – Continue to Our Destination
We will board our tourist vehicle once again and continue our journey along the southern route, taking the turnoff toward the district of Layo as we make our way to the ATV base.
9:00 AM – ATV Adventure Through Red Valley
Receive your ATV and safety equipment. After a short riding briefing and practice session, begin an exciting 40-minute ascent across the spectacular red landscapes of Red Valley. We'll make a mandatory stop along the way for incredible panoramic photos.
9:15 AM – Red Valley Viewpoint & Short Hike
Arrive at the Red Valley viewpoint by ATV. Here, we leave the vehicles behind and begin a light 1 km (0.6 mi) hike lasting approximately 30–40 minutes toward the main summit.
10:30 AM – Reach Rainbow Mountain
Arrive at Vinicunca, the world famous Rainbow Mountain. Enjoy free time to admire the breathtaking scenery, capture unforgettable photos, and experience one of Peru’s most iconic natural wonders.
11:30 AM – Hike Back and Return to the ATVs
Hike back along the same trail to Red Valley, hop back on the ATVs, and enjoy an adrenaline filled ride down to the base camp.
1:00 PM – Lunch and Return to Cusco
Board our tourist vehicle and head to a local restaurant for lunch. After recharging your energy, we begin our return journey to the Imperial City of Cusco.
