Expert Travel Recommendations
What kind of clothing should I wear for the Huacachina Full Day?
Light, comfortable clothing for the desert heat. White, black, and red colors contrast spectacularly in photos.
Bring a jacket for the return trip to Lima, as it gets cool at night.
What kind of camera should I bring for the Huacachina Full Day?
A good cell phone is enough to take amazing photos and videos with the wide angle lens.
If you have a GoPro, bring it; it's ideal for safely capturing the adrenaline in the dune buggies.
Will I get to see the sunset on the Huacachina Full Day?
No, due to the return schedule to Lima, this one day tour does not coincide with the sunset.
If you don't want to miss the sunset in the dunes, I recommend choosing our 2 day tours with an overnight stay in Ica.
